4. Assistant Manager ( blasting in charge )	01		First or second  class mines manager certificate as per coal mines regulation
5. Mine Surveyor	01		Surveyors certificate with 2 years practical experience in coal mine surviving
6. over-man	03		Diploma in mining engineering + experience in coal mining + gas testing certificate.
7. Foreman ( Elect. / Mining / Mech. /Machinery	01		Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering and foreman certificate
8. Electrical Supervisor	01		Diploma in Electrical engineering and foreman certificate
9. Shot Firer	01		Diploma in mining  engineering  + coal mining experience
10. Mining Sirdar	05		Valid mining  Sirdarship certificate  + gas testing certificate + experience  in  open coal mining
